Prayers for Florida. . . . . . . . . .

We watch the news, we check with friends here who have family and
friends there. . . . . .sadly not everyone was able to 'escape' and move
to safer places. Hurricane Irma is so huge she will impact just about the
entire state of Florida today, tonight, and into tomorrow.

Irma continues her path, ravaging the Florida Keys this morning and now
heading toward the heavily populated west coast of the beautiful 'sunshine state.'
We really have no idea as to how devastating the property damage might
be, but we sincerely hope there will be no loss of life.
Florida, you are in our prayers today.
Photos of calmer ocean moments taken on other shores during my travels.

  1. Thank you. I am petrified but the cats and I will huddle together in the safe( I hope) place and hope for the best.

  5. Thank you Mary. MY 3 sisters and family live in Naples Fl which just got hit. Thankfully they all came up here on Thursday and are safe, but we are all worrying about their homes.

  6. Yes, prayers for all in harms way. It is going to take much to rebuild after these terrible storms. I love seeing these calmer times. Hugs to you, dear friend!

  7. Oh my! All the upheavals around the world, nature kicking up it's heels! It is hard some days to take it all in. Our hearts just hurt for those that are hurt and suffering loss.

  8. So glad it did not pan out to be quite as bad as feared. Bad enough though. I fear we have not even begun to see storms yet.
