  1. Mary, your first picture is stunning, what a beautiful Spanish mission. I have enjoyed them very much when we visited Texas and New Mexico, but this one is outstanding.

  3. Dear Mary,
What a wealth of decoration. You must have had me in mind when you took these wonderful closeups.
I'm glad that you are feeling a little better and I also hope the Mr Bob's health is improving.

    1. Dear Gina - you hit the nail on the head with your comment! As soon as we entered and sat in a pew to take in the beauty surrounding us, my fist whispered words to Bob were "Gosh, this makes me think of Gina, wouldn't she love all this color and art."

We're doing a bit better each day, hoping by end of week to feel really good as I need to start moving on Christmas prep and decor!! See you have been getting snow - and we may get some by next weekend. Meanwhile, I've had to put the a/c on today as it's SO warm and humid!
Love to you both - I miss you a lot. I'm just wrapping two of your 'bee and ladybird' soap dishes, along with a lovely cube of Provence olive oil soap, for two of my special friends!

Hope all is well with you and Mr. G xx

  6. What an incredible interior! Beautiful. I love that 4th shot down in particular.

Amazing that it's still run by Franciscans!
