It has worked for me in the past. Turns out I didn't need surgery after all and my problem was cured with a temporary regimen of medicine. I wish the same for you. Hopefully you can still go on your planned trip because I know how much you love to see and experience new places.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed. ox, Gina Ginahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03429484235583035595noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7310317081887553860.post-26723310664613451112015-02-05T03:46:02.474-05:002015-02-05T03:46:02.474-05:00Hello Mary,

I have a document in my computer that I save and update when necessary - it has all my procedures and medications and illnesses for my whole life - it is just a few clicks and I have a page printed to give to each new doctor - or to the doctors that insist on a review each visit. I simply hand them the printed page along with any personal info - name, birthdate, etc. - that is on the other forms and I'm done.JoAnn ( Scene Through My Eyes)https://www.blogger.com/profile/12621061028973446378noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7310317081887553860.post-47253831083470261512015-02-04T20:25:58.695-05:002015-02-04T20:25:58.695-05:00I hope all goes well with the second opinion. I had never been there before. There were tons of pages to fill out and I felt like I had just done that not too long ago at the RA... I hope your second opinion is something that makes you feel better.
xo
PennyPenny from Enjoying The Simple Thingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01480355122441712250noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7310317081887553860.post-49432443213299059652015-02-04T15:33:35.881-05:002015-02-04T15:33:35.881-05:00this would be a lot of paperwork.
