It was very nippy all weekend but has warmed up considerably today - I was able to walk into town this afternoon without a coat, just wearing a padded gilet-type of thing.Librarianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05704656564078750607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7310317081887553860.post-81300159663172523492019-04-15T12:08:57.048-04:002019-04-15T12:08:57.048-04:00Wow! Your green is beautiful! And glad the pollen got washed away. Hoping you can put the sandals on soon.Marilyn Millerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13115440271615593122noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7310317081887553860.post-77840816685262484292019-04-15T07:37:55.741-04:002019-04-15T07:37:55.741-04:00It looks so beautiful at your home, Mary. We welcome rain as it has taken all our snow away. :-) Every bit.
But with the rain here we get lots of mud until all our landscaping is done. Good with the bad.
I am seeing more finches here now and robins and red-winged black birds. I hope to get out to photograph a few if the rain stops. lolDebhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06817710263282488135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7310317081887553860.post-63473857161218375092019-04-14T20:39:54.544-04:002019-04-14T20:39:54.544-04:00Everything is looking lovely in your garden, Mary,...Everything is looking lovely in your garden, Mary, thanks to the rain and hopefully you'll have more sunshine this week. The house finch is so pretty; we have them here, too. Your fig tree is much further along than ours. I always enjoy watching the leaves unfurl and think they look like butterflies when opening. Have a wonderful week!Lorriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03653026442945027184noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7310317081887553860.post-14850197102077563562019-04-14T16:38:24.205-04:002019-04-14T16:38:24.205-04:00I think it has been an unusual w inter everywhere....I think it has been an unusual w inter everywhere. Between them they played 40 different characters - so many quick costume changes, wigs, accents, props etc. it was just fabulous! This is our local Raleigh Little Theatre - community theatre - and we've been season ticket holders for over 30 years!Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11915239653283205065noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7310317081887553860.post-54800711619729970402019-04-14T14:19:27.095-04:002019-04-14T14:19:27.095-04:00The rain is really making everything green!
