Oh Mary, these are wonderful photos ! My son lived in Japan for 7 years, much of that time, teaching small children :) You must be having the time of your life .. besos ! C
We loved this city too - spent an entire day walking - from the ship, through the indoor market, up to the cable car for the ride. I loved the street with several temples and churches, including the tiniest Russian Orthodox I'd ever seen!
Its a lake, trees and mountains, but it couldn't anywhere else in the world but Japan - lovely.
