Heading for the hills and meeting up with blogging friends........


The beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina are calling! 

I'm heading west to Asheville for the weekend, not only to enjoy the Autumn colors but also to meet up with a fabulous group of blogging friends!  Penny of The Comforts of Home/Lavender Hill Studio sent out an open invitation to southern bloggers (and any bloggers passing through western North Carolina on Saturday!) to come for brunch at her beautiful home, followed by antiquing and treasure hunting at some favorite area shops. 

I know it will be a great day - looking forward to sharing it with you next week.

    Enjoy your trip, Mary! We'll be in Greensboro this weekend watching our daughter march during the half time game for Greensboro College! We hope to be heading to Little Switzerland, NC in the coming weeks! I absolutely love Fall and love the fact that we're so fortunate to be able to drive those beautifully lined Blue Ridge Mountains!
