Very brief hello from way out in the ocean! First land visit to these islands was interesting. 600 inhabitants, beautiful flowers, sheep, cows, fishing boats, and warm sunshine.
Yesterday a Zodiac trip around the Antipodes Islands - first viewing of penguins and seals, awesome scenery.

Hello Mary, Now you are a long way from home. I popped over to your blog and found you had posted from the ship. Hope you are having fun. The Orion looks very nice and the trip ahead sounds exciting. Enjoy every minute of this great experience. Eileen x

A BREATH OF FRESH AIR is a fresh version of my former three year blog ACROSS THE POND which can still be accessed by clicking on the title above. I'm a transplanted Brit enjoying life in North Carolina.
Sixty two years of journeying back and forth across the wide Atlantic Ocean have kept me busy…….and made my life very interesting! Although I've now visited all seven continents, I continue to travel and look forward to sharing new places around the world. I love taking photos! All images are my own unless noted otherwise. Please do not use my photos without a request. I enjoy sharing and will usually say OK!
