She was the official photographer at the birthday party on Saturday and
took some fabulous shots, such as this one of the 'birthday boy', her first
cousin once removed, cute Colin, and his daddy.
Trying frosting from his cupcake, a new taste perhaps. . . . . . .
. . . . . and this one when some of the other little guests were getting tired and cranky,
but Colin was as happy as can be celebrating turning ONE!
Jasmin is starting a photography business.
There's a lot of competition out there in that field but many of us have already
discovered she is very talented. She has a great eye for composition, takes
great portrait shots, as well as landscapes, antiques, flowers, architecture, and
just about everything else.

Good luck to her in the new photography venture - I think that she must have inherited some of your artistic eye.

Jasmin will always love to sing Rosemary - and I'm hoping later she will get back into a chorus/choir. She misses that part of her life but is busy trying some new things now. . . . . . . . . .as we all did, and should do, when young, passionate and adventurous!

ReplyDeleteYes, Jasmine definitely has an eye for composition and take it from me from someone who has worked with art direction of photography and photographers my entire career. These are wonderful photos. Haha, it's sooo nice seeing that there is someone else out there who knows the correct terminology for discerning what cousin is what. Indeed-- once removed here and her child and Colin--will be 2nd cousins (when that happens)...but you , of course, already know that.
