WAS THIS HARD TO TAKE?
Oh no, not at all!
Your very own plunge pool right outside your lovely khaya. Somewhere special to soak away dust and weariness when you return from the morning game drive which started with that 6:00AM wake up call.......safaris require plenty of energy!
Pots of bright PINK bougainvillea ~ PINK blooms on the trees beyond the wall...........
...........even some PINK in the pool tiles and umbrellas.
Fabulous Rattray's Camp at Mala Mala, South Africa ~ a perfect place to stay. More coming up later on my visit there.
Hope you are enjoying your weekend ~ be sure to visit our hostess Beverly at How Sweet The Sound for tons of pink posts.
Hola Mary, so happy to meet you and your incredible travels... I think your animal pictures are so great, much, much better than many professional ones I have seen, and there`s a lot out there.
ReplyDeleteThank you for your interest in my blog, I`m a fan of you now!!
Greetings from Chile,

Your African photos are truly amazing..
ReplyDeleteWOW, sugar, those are fantastic photos but I think I'd be scared to death coming that close to lions and leopards! But having a pool to one's own self would be neat. Fantastic, chick!!!

Oh dear Mary, thank you so much for stopping by to tell me about your new blog. The photos are amazing. I would not want to go to a place like that without a really good camera. Our granddaughter just got back from her honeymoon this a.m. They went to South Africa two weeks ago. I have a friend who works in Botswana. She is director of a preschool for children with AIDS and an associate of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth. I went back to see all your shots. Great job.

Lovely Pinks!!! Were there tons of prep for the World Cup when you were there? I think about where you were when I watch!! One reporter said they had 3G coverage where ever they WENT!! I guess towers are easier than lines though. I hope it doesn't make the beautiful place look to commercial though! Love that pool! I am so glad you had a great time! I went to Suzanna's today and you are right it is looking great!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Lisa
Now that's a relaxing pink Saturday!!
ReplyDeleteTake Care!
