Good gracious, another month has flown and
it's time to join Vee's Note Card party for the
beautiful month of May.
I dried a new batch of roses, some purchased from that favorite grocery
store (if you're in the US you know which one!), some from my garden.
I used one photo for my Mother's Day post and decided the extras would
make a good selection for this month's box of all-purpose cards.

I'm displaying the roses under one of the old glass domes I've started
collecting - seems a perfect place to keep them dust-free.
I have more roses drying in the potting shed so don't be surprised if
this small bunch gets larger.

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness...I love what you did with the dried roses. I also dry all of mine and have a lot of them. I never thought of arranging the under a cloche! Great idea...I might just have to "borrow" your idea! Your photos and the effects you used make for a very lovely set of cards!

Your dried roses are beautiful. I had to smile when you said not to be surprised if the bouquet gets larger.
ReplyDeleteOne of my cousins always dried the roses her husband would bring her until she had this huge bouquet of memories.
She even saved some from the roses at my mother's memorial service and added to the bouquet. It was so beautiful.
I haven't been good at saving them because they get dusty. Great idea to put under a dome. I must do that. I even have
