It's Monday and the sun is brilliant.
Skies are blue again.
Birds are busy singing.
Winter leaves crunch underfoot as I cut
flowers and refill bird feeders.
I'm listening to beautiful music for almost
Spring - 'The Lark Ascending' by great
British composer Ralph Vaughan Williams.
Sometimes February isn't so bad after all!

Have a bright and beautiful week.
Uplifting post Mary. My hyacinths are peeking through the ground. A male bluebird is trying to convince his mate that our bluebird house is perfect. She is resisting.
ReplyDeleteWhat bright and beautiful flowers. Daffodils are so cheerful. I need to replant some as they haven't flowered these past two years. We had a very bad storm this past weekend but it's all bright and sunny again.
ReplyDeleteYou always brighten my day! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful bright bouquet! A good start to a new week.
ReplyDeleteOver here, we really can't complain about February - we've been having beautiful weather, if a bit too warm for the season (according to meteorologists).
ReplyDeleteYou know yellow is my favourite colour, so of course I love the daffies!
You make me smile Mary. I love The Lark Ascending - and I love daffodils :)) xx
ReplyDeleteLove, love the daffodils! Spring is indeed coming. I woke to blue skies today and said I must go outside and walk through a secret garden. Off I went and there I found the first daffodil starting to bloom along with many hellebore and snowdrops.
