I will be away for a little while.
The loss of my dear mother-in-law requires a trip north
to New Hampshire for her burial. We'll then take
some time to visit with our family, followed by a few
days touring around much-loved New England places,
especially those holding fond memories for us from
the years when we lived there.
Bob and I thank all of you who have been so kind leaving
loving and meaningful condolences at this sad time.
A trip such as this seems to me to be a good way to celebrate your mother-in-law's life by reconnecting and, doubtless, spending a lot of time reminiscing. Safe journey.
ReplyDeleteA sad journey for you and Bob. I am sure you will find solace in visiting places around NH. It is a beautiful state especially as the summer goes into autumn.
ReplyDeleteTake care.
Safe travels Mary.

ReplyDeleteSorry for being late (not much time lately) I'm so sorry for your loss. You, your husband and familt are in my thoughts. My condolences to you all.
ReplyDeleteHello Mary,
ReplyDeleteWe are rather late in appearing here but our heartfelt condolences are being sent to you and your family. It is always sad when a loved one dies, especially when they have been so much a part of one's life and for so long. Things will never be quite the same again but we firmly believe that as long as one continues to talk about the dead, they continue to live at least in one's heart.
Hello dear Mary
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry that your Mom in Law has passed. You and Bob are in my thoughts - sincere condolences. Travel safely.
Hugs
Rose H xx
