Made a big patch of Gazpacho with tomatoes from our local farmers market this morning. It is in the fridge chilling. The perfect dinner for a hot day! Have a lovely weekend.
ReplyDeleteI went to the farmers market this morning and bought cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and a nice big watermelon. I'm making a nice marinara sauce for tonight and letting it cook slowly on the stove. I made a watermelon fresca and cucumber water. So much good going on this weekend.
