...well not actually today, but tomorrow, September 22,
at 4:44 PM, the Autumnal Equinox is marked on my calendar and
it will officially become Autumn here in the Northern Hemisphere.
The temperatures will start to drop and the
days will become shorter than the nights.

Welcome beautiful season..........full of glorious color.
What a pretty mosaic for fall. I hope you have a happy weekend and first day of autumn, Mary. Hugs, Pamela

You are welcoming autumn in a beautiful fashion, Mary.
ReplyDeleteI am so looking forward to cooler air, soup, sweaters, hot spiced apple cider, etc...
Yes, Welcome Autumn!!
We are having a bit of rain to welcome in fall - not how I wanted to do it - but that is part of living on the northern coast of Washington - our rainy season begins. Time to cozy up indoors, quilt, read, make stew, bake bread - it is a good time to have a relaxing day.
ReplyDeleteHooray! A favorite time of year for many of us.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite season of the year by a long way. Love your little collage.
ReplyDeleteYour compilation of photos depicts the coming autumn perfectly. As long as we continue to have some sunshine I will be happy.
ReplyDeleteI love the picture of the squirrel! Happy Autumn to you too Mary....
