Thirteen years!

Thirteen years ago today in 2007 I started blogging, first at Across The Pond,
followed by A Breath of Fresh Air since 2010.
I have done my best to share a lot of what I've done, where I've traveled,
things I've seen, and what I love in life.

Below is a link to last year's anniversary post - it's longer and will tell you
a little more about my blogging history, how it tweaked my interest in
so many new and exciting things, and brought so many
wonderful friends into my life.

My heartfelt thanks to all of you who have stuck with me.
Blogging has changed a lot over these thirteen years and it
continues to be a challenge. I will try to continue best I can. . . . . .
. . . . . . because you are fabulous and I don't want to lose
touch with you!

  1. Congratulations! I think I joined you round about then.

  2. . . . . . . yes you have been a wonderful blog friend for a long, long time Barbara - and last year when we met in person and had that fun day together in Cornwall was such fun! Hope we can do it again.
    Hugs - Mary

  3. Dear Mary - congratulations on 13 years. I think that if there was such a thing as a 'blogging crown' then you would be the Queen. You are the most consistent and reliable blog friends to so many bloggers from all around the world. It has been a joy to have known and actually met youXXXX

  4. Happy blogging anniversary! xoxo

  5. Happy Blog Anniversary! I am so glad we found each other through blogging and became friends in real life away from the blog. xo

  6. Congratulations! I didn't find you until you had this blog, but I love reading what's going on in your corner, and I very much enjoyed meeting you and Bob. Keep on blogging!

  7. Happy blog anniversary. I'm in my 11th year and second blog. Blogging has, indeed, changed a lot but it's a great way to get to know new people.

  8. Dear Mary,
I can always count on you to share with us the comings and goings of what is going on in your life. It may be travel, it may be a good book, a new recipe or a total remake of your home and garden. Always interesting. I especially love photographs of your little birds who appear to be only too happy to pose for you.

  9. Congratulations! Glad I found you. I think my 12th comes up in June.

I would enjoy reading your comment - thanks so much for stopping by.
